Grandmaster Fred Kouefati is a highly respected martial artist and global leader in Taekwondo, known for his lifelong dedication to the art and his commitment to preserving its traditions. He currently serves as President of the Global Legendary Taekwondo Headquarters, where he continues the legacy of the late Richard Chun — one of the pioneers of traditional Taekwondo in the United States. As a successor to Grandmaster Chun's lineage, he remains a guiding force in advancing the organization while upholding its core values, technical excellence, and global vision.

In addition, Grandmaster Kouefati serves as a Senior Advisor to the Korea Taekwondo Moo Duk Kwan Association, representing the original Moo Duk Kwan and the foundational roots of Taekwondo. His involvement reflects his deep commitment to maintaining the authenticity, history, and philosophy of the art.

Through international seminars, leadership, and mentorship, Grandmaster Kouefati continues to shape the next generation of martial artists while strengthening the global Taekwondo community. His leadership ensures that the legacy of Grandmaster Richard Chun — and the true spirit of Taekwondo — continues to thrive for generations to come.

Grandmaster Stefano Cracolici is a highly respected martial artist and international leader in Taekwondo, known for his dedication to excellence, discipline, and the preservation of traditional values. With decades of experience in training, teaching, and mentoring, he has played a significant role in developing students and instructors across the global Taekwondo community.

He serves as Vice President of the Global Legendary Taekwondo Headquarters and is widely recognized as the right-hand man to Grandmaster Fred Kouefati. In this role, Grandmaster Cracolici is instrumental in supporting the organization's leadership, growth, and international expansion while helping to uphold its high standards of technical excellence and tradition.

As part of the leadership carrying forward the legacy of the late Richard Chun, Grandmaster Cracolici remains deeply committed to preserving the philosophy, discipline, and integrity of traditional Taekwondo.
